THE PURPOSE
The goal of VERITY is to produce young leaders who will impact both the secular and Christian community with their passion for God and their unwavering character.

THE TRAINING
The VERITY Glad Tidings’ School of Ministry is an intense, 12-month program designed to train and equip young people to work in ministry as well as help them find God’s direction for their life. Verity seeks to develop well-rounded leaders, by challenging students spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Verity’s goal is to develop excellence in every area of life. During the program, students will receive classes through Christ Life, serve at Glad Tidings’ church offices, live with other Verity students in a Christian environment, and receive practical ministry training and experience. They will also work directly in different areas of ministry including:

Youth	College	Children	Small Group
Adult	Worship	Media	Helps Ministry

All Verity students also have the option of serving on a mission’s trip. This mission’s trip is optional, but highly recommended, as it will give you, the student the opportunity to grow and serve in ways not otherwise possible.

VERITY students will be challenged spiritually every day. They will spend time daily in prayer, bible study, worship, and accountability groups. There will be many opportunities to disciple and support jr. high and high school kids through city groups and alter prayer.

THE REQUIREMENTS

	Must be single, and between the ages of 18-23
	Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
	Must represent Christ with a positive attitude a servant’s heart
	No illicit drugs, alcohol, pornography or tobacco products
	No fighting or profanity
	No entertainment (movies, TV, music, etc.) that promotes evil or immorality
	We STRONGLY discourage romantic relationships during the program and romantic relationships with other VERITY students are NOT allowed
	Must follow the rules and guidelines of VERITY school of ministry
	Must regularly attend Glad Tidings church services
	Must be faithful and on-time for all areas of service
	Must make a 12-month commitment to VERITY
